The Sana Canvas Kit v16 Upgrade Guide covers the current major version. For earlier versions, use the links below instead of copies — each guide lives in the tool or site that produced it, so it always reflects the source of truth.
Canvas Kit (v9–v15)
Canvas Kit ships upgrade guides for each major version in
@workday/canvas-kit-docs.

Design Tokens
Canvas Tokens has its own migration references, separate from Canvas Kit component upgrades:
